• Providing Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services & IT support for the Joint DoD MRP II Program Office (PMA-203), including support to NAVAIR depots, Air Force Material Command, & Air Logistics Centers.
• Providing BPR & implementation support to the Air Force Material Command, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management Initiative
• Logistics R&D efforts for NAVSUP to evaluate logistics efforts throughout the DoD, and identify technology that will result in reduced operational and support costs to the Navy.
• COTS Integration efforts for AFMC (Air Force Material Command).
• Business/ Technical Analysis for AFMC on the PSCM (Purchasing and Supply Chain Management) effort
• Design, configuration and implementation of COTS supply chain management (SCM) for General Dynamics AIS & The National Security Agency
• ASD is currently on the DSIDDOMSIII (DEFENSE SYSTEMS INTEGRATION, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT) contract to provide a variety of IT services to the DOD Military Health System (MHS) and the Department of Veterans Affairs

• Developed a middleware integration process and methodology for Sun Microsystems/ Texas Instruments, to provide a reliable configuration of hardware, operating system, database, and middleware products for ERP (SAP) systems running on Sun Platforms. ASD pre-tested and pre-configured a set of “best-of-breed” middleware products that had undergone a rigorous integration and load test program, and then created the technical blueprint, repeatable methodology and standard business scenarios for ongoing ERP integration.
• Designed and integrated a large-scale data warehouse and performed Legacy to COTS migration services for Hitachi Plant and Construction (HPC), in Tokyo, Japan. “ ASD's integration services have been a milestone for Hitachi in the nuclear industry. • Integrated various modules of SAP R/3 for large scale production homebuilders to streamline the material procurement, labor procurement and project management processes by automating purchase order creation and work order creation, and giving them the ability to manage project tasks, resources and budgets online.
• ASD is currently providing ERP COTS Implementation, Upgrade, and support services to various CA State Agencies, including but not limited to standing up ERP Support Organizations and structures. These services encompass the following:
  
  • Project Management – Development, Maintenance, Methodology, Assistance, scheduling, and Planning
    
  • Best Practices – Identification and highlight of standard and best practices.
    
  • Documentation Development – design, development and creation of standard project documents in support of methodology
    
  • Issue, Risk identification, evaluation, mitigation
    
  • Facilitation – working to provide facilitation services to augment government personnel in the execution of these projects.
